In town fishing

Steve and I went to Aurora Resavoir the other day.  What a great fishery.  We went to fish for smallies, but we ended up catching rainbows on crawfish patterns.  What a great time.  Sorry pics are not as good, we lost a couple of big fish ( due to us fumbling them).  It was really cold.

Steve and I are off to Hayward Wisconsin, the Muskie capital of the world.  We are going to chase some big muskie.   Til Next time.

  1. Hello, just started following your blog! Thanks for sharing and will be back frequently! Isn't it funny how sometimes we overlook in town fishries in order to fish the "more popular" waters for fish? Have a great Musky trip!
