I know we are getting into fishing season but today was why they call Mother Nature unpredictable.  Here is some footage with the Contour at Loveland today April the 11th.

Arizona Largemouth Bass

While on vacation in Arizona to see my parents, I decided to take a guided trip to Saguaro Lake for some Largemouths on the fly.  My guide was Manny Chee.  He owns Manny Chee Outdoors.  Wow what a great trip.  I would recommend this to anyone.  Even trout junkies!  Manny was not only funny but incredibly knowledgeable.  I learned so much.  I cannot wait to use the knowledge here in Colorado.  He does fly and spin fishing.  His equipment, boat and gear is top notch.  His website is mannycheeoutdoors.com.  He is also doing great things with filming his trips.  I may have a film to come soon.  In the mean time check out the pics!!!

Hayward Muskies

Steve and I just got back from the Muskie capital of the world.  We floated a couple of days with the guys at Musky Country Outfitters.  They were GREAT!!  It was a true Muskie experience.  We were throwing ten weights, not because of fish size, but fly size.  This was a truly great trip.  Here are a few of the pics,  more to come.

Steve and I went to Aurora Resavoir the other day.  What a great fishery.  We went to fish for smallies, but we ended up catching rainbows on crawfish patterns.  What a great time.  Sorry pics are not as good, we lost a couple of big fish ( due to us fumbling them).  It was really cold.

Steve and I are off to Hayward Wisconsin, the Muskie capital of the world.  We are going to chase some big muskie.   Til Next time.
